  • Laser Marking System

    The Panasonic LP-M series stands out for its high speed. With an output of up to 50 W, it makes rapid, deep markings on metal. Thanks to the optional NaviLink 3D software, you are just a few steps away from previewing the product to be marked using 3D simulation. The user can see immediately whether the marking will fit on the product and how it will look. This makes it possible to increase production efficiency, while simultaneously reducing costs.

Interfaces offer a wide variety of options

The uniform controller software that comes pre-installed in the Laser Marking Systems guarantees simple and safe operation. There are numerous additional options available to help our customers get the most out of their systems. A high level of user-friendliness is achieved in combination with external computers and monitors. Thanks to the numerous interfaces available (e.g. USB, I/O), the Laser Marking System is able to communicate with other systems in many different ways.

Software NAVI LINK-3D

NAVI LINK-3D provides simulations

With the NAVI LINK-3D software, you are just a few short steps away from a 3D simulation of a product to be marked. Visualizing the marking with 360 degree representation allows the operator to quickly adjust the position and type of marking made on the product.

  • Connecting rod

    To achieve a well legible and permanent marking on a connecting rod, the Laser Marking System first has to remove and clean the rough surface before the marking can be performed. Thanks to the 3D functionality of the LP-M series, even complex and round shapes can be marked precisely.

  • Camshaft

    The 3D fiber laser of the LP-M series has been developed to operate also under harsh industrial environmental conditions. The laser head meets the IP64 degree of protection. The high output power enables the laser to create a deep metal engraving which is still legible after a long period of time even if the part is continually in contact with lubricants and oils or shows signs of corrosion.

  • Surface cleaning

    Initially, the surface of this metal cast part has been cleaned with the LP-M laser to ensure that during the consecutive engraving of the content a higher contrast is achieved. With the 3D functionality it is also possible to mark different areas in one production step without moving the component.

  • Cylinder block

    The impressively high output power of the LP-M series makes it perfectly suited for marking on metals. Before engraving the 2D code, the part's surface is cleaned by a special laser treatment to achieve the highest contrast possible. This ensures that the code-reading systems can easily identify the code.
