  • CO2 Laser Marking System

    Panasonic has designed the LP-400 series Laser Marking Systems for industries with particularly high demands in terms of speed and functionality. This high-quality solution provides first-class marking quality, and works a great variety of materials at a high level of precision. Some series types, with a laser beam diameter of only 95 μm, are particularly well-suited to providing difficult materials with ultra-small markings. There are also solutions which, due to their somewhat shorter wavelength of 9.3 μm, fit the criteria required for marking transparent resins such as PET or PC.

Interfaces offer a wide variety of options

The uniform controller software that comes pre-installed in the Laser Marking Systems guarantees simple and safe operation. There are numerous additional options available to help our customers get the most out of their systems. A high level of user-friendliness is achieved in combination with external computers and monitors. Thanks to the numerous interfaces available (e.g. USB, I/O), the Laser Marking System is able to communicate with other systems in many different ways.

Software NAVI

NAVI for perfect marking

Laser Marker NAVI’s simple, intuitive mouse-driven interface makes it easy to configure marking conditions and positions in setting files, allowing you to easily create marking layouts according to plan. The application also allows your computer to monitor system operation, and you can check error logs and the I/Omonitor at the same time.
Additional support programs are included in the software package by default to help the user in his or her particular application.

  • Cutting cables

    The insulation of plastic cables can be removed precisely and quickly with the LP-400 series of Panasonic. Due to its highly precise deflection mirrors and a stable output power that only by a maximum of ± 3% the best quality of the cut surfaces is guaranteed.

  • Processing a rubber gasket

    All synthetic resins which can be processed by a laser, like for example this rubber gasket, can be cut into the desired form. The flexible construction of the Laser Marking System, especially its rotating head, ensures an easy integration in every production line.

  • Marking transparent PET bottles

    The LP-400 is best suited for this application because it perfectly fulfills the requirements of quickly moving objects. Thank to its on-the-fly marking function, the PET bottles can be marked with a high precision and an assembly line speed of up to 240m/min.

  • Removing layers on smallest electrical components

    The LP-400 series with its very small beam diameter of only 95µm can apply even smallest markings on complex materials. A highly developed control function automatically adjusts the marking intensity. Thus, even at highest speeds, a steady clear and deep marking is produced.
