  • Laser Marking System

    The LP-S500W Laser Marking System is a top-quality product, and is the fruit of many years of development. With its high output power (50 W) and the newly developed optical system, it enabled clearly legible annealed black characters. A robust and flexible fiber laser marker opens up new dimensions of black marking. For all its power, this Panasonic solution also impresses by the fact that it has a removable fiber optic cable and is extremely easy to set up. The distances to the individual objects need only be entered once. Adjustments are then made automatically.

The uniform controller software that comes pre-installed in the Laser Marking Systems guarantees simple and safe operation. There are numerous additional options available to help our customers get the most out of their systems. A high level of user-friendliness is achieved in combination with external computers and monitors. Thanks to the numerous interfaces available (e.g. USB, I/O), the Laser Marking System is able to communicate with other systems in many different ways.

  • Laser marking in very small spaces

    Our precise metal processing meets the highest demands With a Laser Marking System, it is possible to apply a permanently legible Data Matrix code even in the smallest of spaces. Thanks to the new optical system of the LP-S500W series, a perfect black laser annealing is ensured.

  • Black marking on metals

    A 100% traceability of products can only be realized with a stable product labeling. With conventional models it is necessary to keep the exact same focal distance in order to achieve a constant quality of marking. Equipped with a special beam property, the LP-SW series now can handle varying focal distances of up to 60mm without any loss in quality.

  • High-contrast marking

    The high output power of 50W and the continuous wave laser are able to produce a high-contrast black marking. Due to the gentle marking of the continuous wave laser, disadvantages as material throw-up, which are normally produced by a pulsed laser, can be prevented. Thanks to the IP67G degree of protection of the laser head, the systems can be integrated into production lines in harsh environments, i.e. where oil particles are in the air.
