  • Laser Marking System

    The output power for this model was increased from 12 W to 50 W to improve deep engraving performance on metal. This allows tool-grade steels to be deep marked and black marked at high speeds. The robust housing, the exacting technical design and high-quality components meet IP67G degree of protection, destining the LP-S series for duty in even the toughest applications in the automotive and metalworking industries. In addition, the connector is water-resistant, dust-resistant and oil-resistant. The lenses are coated with protective glass. The device's unique design makes it possible to remove the fibre-optic cable from the laser unit. This considerably simplifies integration and servicing of the device.

The uniform controller software that comes pre-installed in the Laser Marking Systems guarantees simple and safe operation. There are numerous additional options available to help our customers get the most out of their systems. A high level of user-friendliness is achieved in combination with external computers and monitors. Thanks to the numerous interfaces available (e.g. USB, I/O), the Laser Marking System is able to communicate with other systems in many different ways.

  • Laser-engraved chain link

    Due to traceability considerations, motor chains have to be marked individually. However, the marking has to be applied gently to the material to avoid structural changes to the material. The Panasonic LP-S series with its output power of 50W is able to mark precisely and quickly on nearly every metal.

    The numerous parts in a modern automobile need to last a lifetime and remain permanently identifiable and traceable. Since the parts are in constant contact with fuel and lubricants, the quality of the laser marking has to meet special requirements. The laser head of the LP-S has been developed to function flawlessly even in greasy environments (IP67G degree of protection).

    The LP-S series features an internal monitoring function of the output power. If the laser power deviates from the value specified, the alarm output is set and marking will be stopped. This preventative function ensures consistent quality of product marking.
