  • Laser Marking System

    In 1999, Panasonic introduced the world‘s first Laser Marker equipped with a fiber laser oscillator.
    Since then, the company has advanced the product function to respond to customers‘ needs and released four unique premium fiber Laser Markers.
    Panasonic recently re-examined the essential key-functions of the Laser Markers, and added an easy-to-handle model to the lineup – the new LP-RF series.

  • High quality components

    The built-in measurement and control system allows a balanced and optimal fine adjustment of the galvano scanner and its optical mirrors inside the compact laser head. The system provides high quality and stable marking results even when the laser marking is performed at high speed.

The head was developed based on the fanless head used in the LP-M series, so it is resistant.
There will be no problems caused by water drops or dust entering the system.

High Noise Resistance

Measures against power supply noise

Electrical noise produced by equipment using a large amount of electrical current or generated in the surrounding area can affect the operation of the internal parts of the equipment and causes problems. The controller of the LP-RF series is equipped with anti-noise parts such as a power transformer and varistor to ensure safe and reliable use of the Laser Marker during the production process.

The LP-RF series can be connected directly to an image processing device. This enables the execution of a series of operations, such as detection of the random workpiece position, correction of the laser marking position, and cross-checking of scanned information of marked Data Matrix Code (DMC), etc., without using a PLC.

New interfaces for remote control

NAVI Smart software is easy to configurate.
The new software is provided with the product. Using the software, characters, logos and 1D/2D code can be arranged on a PC or tablet.
The software interface can be customized to suit each work environment.

  • Color change on molded resin part

    The color change of the work piece is controlled by setting the output power, the scan speed and the pulse frequency. The required laser parameters for marking a logo image or line of text can be set individually to ensure a high degree of flexibility in product labeling.

    With the laser marking technique, an individual and customer-specific labeling of parts can be easily and quickly performed. Compared to conventional labeling methods like tampon printing, the method of laser marking requires no additional consumables or follow-up costs. Even extensive changes of the marking contents are easily to implement.
