• CO2 Laser Marking System

    Despite being a heavy-duty performer, our LP-GS series amazes with its compact design. This variant of the CO2 Laser Marking System is contained within a surprisingly small housing, and is easy to integrate into customer-specific applications. Thanks to the z-axis control, it takes very little time and only a few steps to set the optimal distance to materials while taking the specific marking or labeling procedure into consideration. Fine adjustments can also be performed using a connected camera.

Modern technology significantly facilitates direct control of Laser Marking Systems. The LP-GS can be conveniently operated and controlled using computers with Bluetooth functionality.


Object recognition using a camera system

The position and angular position can be captured rapidly by a camera system and then transferred directly to the Laser Marking System. This method also ensures that a laser marking can then be checked for completeness.

The uniform controller software that comes pre-installed in the Laser Marking Systems guarantees simple and safe operation. There are numerous additional options available to help our customers get the most out of their systems. A high level of user-friendliness is achieved in combination with external computers and monitors. Thanks to the numerous interfaces available (e.g. USB, I/O), the Laser Marking System is able to communicate with other systems in many different ways.

NAVI smart

NAVI smart – quick and easy

It is easy to plan and produce the layout of the marking content (text, logos, or codes, etc.), as well as its appearance and position using the intuitive, mouse-controlled interface of the NAVI smart software. In addition, the software allows you to monitor the system, save error logs and check both inputs and outputs.
Additional support programs are included in the software package by default to help the user in his or her particular application.

    With the laser marking technology you can also achieve a high-contrast color change. The beam diameter of only 85µm makes it possible to apply a micro-marking on electrical components which is permanently and perfectly readable.

    With the Panasonic CO2 laser marking systems you cannot only apply markings, but also perfectly cut multi-layer labels. With the kiss-cut-method the carrier film remains intact.

    Using the LP-GS series even smallest electronic parts can be marked with a high contrast. The powerful z-axis control automatically adjusts work distance differences of 6mm and realizes an outstanding marking quality on objects with different heights. A vision system analyzes the height and position of the marking object.

    The small dimensions of the LP-GS series enable an easy integration of the laser marking system into customized production lines, like those that are used for manufacturing ICs. Depending on your applications needs, you can easily set the laser parameters with a tablet PC via Bluetooth. There is no need to connect the system directly to a PC.
